Pre-Order Shipping Guarantee

Please allow 25–30 business days for your pre-order to be processed and shipped.

If your order has not shipped within 30 business days, you may request Aalani Store Credit for the full value of your purchase. Store credit is the only form of reimbursement offered. No cash refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on the Aalani website.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

In-Stock Shipping Policy

All in-stock (non-pre-order) items will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays that are beyond Aalani’s control.
