To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• With all original tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Aalani does not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive Aalani Store Credit for the value of your eligible return.

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on aalanibyserg.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you need a different size or color, you may return your eligible item for Aalani Store Credit and place a new order.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items typically ship within 25–30 business days.

If your pre-order has not shipped within 30 business days, you may request Aalani Store Credit for the full value of your order.

Store credit is the only compensation available for delayed pre-orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• A description of the issue

We'll review your request and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.
